What is a Dental Membership Club?
Our In-House Dental Membership Club is not insurance and can’t be used together with existing dental insurance. Instead, it covers preventive treatments all year long, plus deep discounts on other restorative and cosmetic services.

Adult Membership Plan
For patients with regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease.
Only $34 per month per person, plus a one-time $99 activation fee.
That’s a yearly savings of $391!
This annual plan is available for individuals and families and covers a number of general and preventive services, including:
2 Comprehensive Exams
1 Emergency Exam
2 Dental Cleanings
2 Oral Cancer Screenings
2 Fluoride Treatments
Checkup X-rays as needed throughout the year
and 20% OFF Restorative services, such as fillings, sealants, oral surgery, bone grafts, root canals, and periodontics.
and 10% OFF Cosmetic services, such as crowns and veneers, dentures and partials, dental implants, nightguards and therapeutic splints, and teeth whitening refills.
Members also receive $500 OFF Invisalign Treatment, and $100 OFF Teeth Whitening Kits

CHILD MEMBERSHIP PLAN
For children 12 years and younger with absence of periodontal disease.

Memberships are not insurance, but a payment arrangement provided by Bright Smile Dental for services rendered. Membership is not transferable to other dental offices. Payment for any cosmetic or restorative treatment is due at the time of service. Membership dues must be current in order to receive services. A lapse of 28 days in dues will require a reactivation fee of six month’s dues. Membership club discounts may not be combined with any other offers or discounts. It is solely the patient’s responsibility to schedule and keep their appointments. No refunds will be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.
